Shipping, Returns & Care
At Tenth Act, each piece is created with intention, care, and craftsmanship. What I make is meant to be worn, lived in, and kept. The following outlines my policies around shipping, returns, and care so you know exactly what to expect.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express and require a signature upon delivery. Each shipment is fully insured to ensure it arrives safely.
Complimentary 2 day shipping is provided for all U.S. orders.
Once your piece is ready, you will receive tracking information and delivery details. In some cases, orders may require additional verification prior to shipment.
For international orders, duties and taxes are collected by the carrier and are the responsibility of the client.
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive and sign for the package. Once the shipment has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the client.
Returns & Exchanges
All customized and made-to-order pieces are final sale. If for any reason you are unhappy with your artifact, please dont hesitate to email me and I will do my best to make it right, on a case by case basis.
For ready-to-ship items, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging, and in original condition. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that raise compliance or fraud concerns.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Email hello@tenthact.com for a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty & Repairs
Each piece is made with care and intended to last.
I stand by the quality of my work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year. Please contact me should you ever have an issue or require a repair of an item.
For pieces with large stones, I recommend obtaining third-party insurance. If damage occurs, repairs will be evaluated and quoted as needed.
Your first resizing is complimentary. Additional resizings are available for a fee.
Please contact me if you would like to recieve an appraisal for your piece. This must be done prior to shipment.
Compliance
We comply with all applicable United States laws and regulations, including trade restrictions and sanctions.
We are unable to ship to certain restricted regions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and select regions of Ukraine. Orders associated with these areas will be respectfully declined.
Some orders may require additional verification to ensure security and compliance.
