This necklace centers on a 2.05 carat Lightning Ridge semi crystal opal, a stone that seems to hold both softness and vibrant color at once. At rest, it appears gentle and almost cloudlike, its surface diffusing light in a quiet, milky glow. But as it catches the light, flashes of color begin to emerge, flickering with hidden fire from within.

This duality echoes the vision in Ezekiel 1, 

“He looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire… and brilliant light surrounded him, like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day.”

Set in a pillowy 14k gold cloud, the organic form of the pendant was designed to feel unearthed rather than manufactured. Like something shaped by time, holding both stillness and movement within it.

The opal reflects this mystery. A surface that feels calm and obscured, yet within it, movement, color, and light are alive. It becomes a reminder that what may seem hidden or covered is often filled with the presence of something far greater.

Set in solid 14k yellow gold, the stone is framed in an organic, hand formed setting that feels as though it has been shaped over time rather than manufactured. The soft, irregular edges echo the natural formation of the opal, giving the piece an unearthed, ancient quality.

14k Yellow Gold

Care Instructions

However, fine jewelry should still be treated with care. I recommend removing your jewelry before heavy work, exercise, swimming, or exposure to harsh chemicals. To clean, gently wash with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
